Sophia - An intelligent robot for next generation
Hey guys do you know that soon we are going to be surrounded by the as intelligent
Robots as the human. From this news I can surely say that this movie terminator could be a reality soon. As you all know many big companies are trying to develop intelligent robots and machine to make our life easier and work faster. In many fields humans are replaced by robots. Evething is being automated or scientists and engineers are trying to automate every small things. But this is what that can replace humans too from the earth. I am not sure that what could be the future but if robots continue to be smarter like today then no doubt we could be in danger or we must have a shortcut to handel them.Who is shopia..?
Sophia is a intelligent humanoid robot developed by Hanson robotics which is in Hong Kong. Sophia was activated on April 19, 2015 and made her first public appearance at South by Southwest Festival (SXSW) in mid-March 2016 in Austin, Texas, United States. She is able to display more than 62 facial expressions. She can understand the human expressions and can talk with you with different expressions according to the mood.
In October 2017, the robot became a citizen of Saudi Arabia and became a first ever robot to be recognised as the citizen on the planet.
She gave a thanx speech for being recognised as the citizen and at the mean time she answered a lot of questions about daily life and what could be the future with robots.
Sophia around the world....
Sophia is traveling all around the world for best human interaction and to gain experience so that she can face every daily life situation and can react to them. She came to india in the IIT BOMBAY in a tech-fest. She has the ability that She can have a good conversation with you, she can play logical games with you and even can defeat you. As she attended a show which is famous for showing the advance robots and machines and there she defeated the jost of the show in stone paper scissors and said that this is a good starting for take over on human race.

According to the conversation, she seems to be harmless but she stated that if humans would be nice to robots then robots will also cooperate with humans. But this statement arises questions that would we be safe in future among such intelligent robots?
The news reporter asked shopia that what would she say about terminator's movie and such concept but she simply said that perhaps you are a fan of Hollywood movies.
Well who knows the future but before developing such robots we must have full access to them.
